FAQ – Scheduling Private Lessons

Daily Deals Voucher Redemption Process:

Hello Purchasers of Three Private 30-Minute Voice Lessons and One Recorded CD of Each Lesson!

Alexys Paris Voice Studio is scheduling appointments in exchange for your daily deal vouchers. To make scheduling your appointments smooth and easy as possible for all concerned, an online appointment scheduler is in place to handle your registration and appointments. Please follow these instructions to schedule your appointments.

Preliminary Instructions:
1. All LivingSocial & DealFind appointments should be scheduled for Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. (If you need to schedule appointments on other days, please contact Alexys at alexy@alexysparis.com or 415.637.4613.
2. You may schedule your appointments in three 30 minute sessions, two 45 minute sessions or one 1 hour plus another 30 minute session and can be scheduled at any time at your leisure.
3. Unless otherwise arranged, all appointments are conducted at:

Registration in Appt-Plus OnLine System:
1. If you have already registered online, you should go to the Scheduling Appointment instructions below.
2. Use the following link to the online scheduling program: Alexys Paris Voice Studio Appt-Plus
3. Click the Register Button. You will be taken to the following screen: Be sure to enter your LivingSocial or DealFind voucher number!

4. After registering, you will receive an email confirming three 30 minute lessons have been assigned to your account. If for any reason, you don’t receive this in a timely manner, please contact Alexys at alexy@alexysparis.com or 415.637.4613. You are now ready to schedule appointments.

Scheduling Appointments:
1. Choose the instructor, duration of voice lesson, and dates of Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays you prefer. (If you need to schedule appointments on other days, please contact Alexys at alexy@alexysparis.com or 415.637.4613.

2. Choose an appointment time slot:

3. Be sure to select your LivingSocial, DealFind Package or any package purchased from Alexys Paris Voice Studio so that it’s highlighted, otherwise the system will ask you to pay for the lesson!

4. Click the Continue Button to finalize your appointment. You may also schedule your next appointment.
